Monday morning (Dec. 5) as I pull out onto Highway 35 at Moore Falls, I wonder where are the snow plows? I turn on my local radio station and I m told that there is a traffic problem at Miners Bay and Highway 35 and that the highway is impassable.

On July 30 weekend the Merrithews celebrated a family reunion at the home of John and Audrie (nee Merrithew ) Winsley. The 60 who vacationed in the Haliburton Highlands came from across Canada, USA and England and ranged in age from two to 86.
