The joy of living in a small town
To the Editor,
I was at the Minden laundromat this afternoon. I have not had to do this in years but washer breakdown made it a necessity. Put all the wash in, set it going and headed into town. Went to pay for something and no purse. Left everything there and hurried back to the laundromat. There was my purse sitting on the bench where I left it. Nothing had been touched, my money, ID, all right as I left it. Nowhere else would I have been that lucky. I am so blessed living where I do.
